Something I have painted almost every year are glass ball ornaments. You know, the old, vintage style ones. They are very fragile and the paint on them is usually scratched and worn. I have made paintings of many different colored ones. I’ve put them into still life compositions and just painted them alone sitting on a table.

This year’s ornament painting is a still life with other items that are similar in color. Since every element in the painting is glass, it is titled “Clearly Glass”.
